We believe in empowering our coaching staff and players to live by our Spartan Code. We also believe that we have to be the face of the change and live up to what we expect from our hockey family.

"I believe in supporting and encouraging teamwork and hard work not only in hockey but in life. It is very important to develop strong leaders and be part of a culture that works together to achieve goals set out as a team as well as an individual. Creating an environment of respect from the top of an organization and supporting those within the same environment not only in the dressing room and on the ice but in life as well is what we want to instill in our athletes. We want the families and players and all of those seeing the Spartans logo to be proud of what they accomplish as a person." - Tony Friesen, Director of Hockey Operations and Co-Founder
