Glenn Regan
U15 Head Coach
Glenn grew up in the Greater Toronto Area where he played Bantam and Midget AAA with the Don Mills Flyers. He then went onto play Junior A in the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL). After ending his hockey career as a goaltender, he then went onto coaching and running various Hockey schools. Glenn was a goalie instructor with Just Goaltending out of Toronto where he worked for 7 years and ran and organized various international goaltending camps at various cities in Canada and the United States. Further to this, he also instructed at Puckmasters where he began to instruct players and goalies 1 on 1in their facility for several years.
Glenn then took a brief break from coaching when he joined the RCMP and then shortly afterwards continued to coach multiple hockey teams at different skill levels across Canada when transferred to various Provinces with his occupation. With 13 years of experience Head Coaching and running hockey schools / camps, Glenn has Head Coached over 10 teams and assistant coached countless others. In the past few years, Glenn was selected to Head Coach a U9 AA team and a U13 A team in New Brunswick. That summer, he was also selected to Head Coach Team Manitoba in the Summer of 2023 which attended the Rose Series in Anaheim, California. Since moving to Edmonton in August of 2023, Glenn has been an Assistant and/or Goalie Coach in the HSL for the Capital City Knights, Wolverines and Gorillas Major Teams.
Glenn is devoted to mentoring an elite hockey team with the coaching philosophy to develop, improve and prepare each player for the next level by instilling hard work, fun, competitiveness, respect and dedication for the team. Glenn uses team work and positive attitudes as the cornerstone for development. Glenn is known for his strong hockey sense and ability to deploy game strategy to help his team win games and have successful growth throughout the season.
